A room with a view of magic

The atmosphere was serene, with peaceful nights allowing for restful sleep. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making our stay even more delightful. Breakfast by the pool was a special treat.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner was quite loud, making it difficult to watch TV at times. Additionally, we felt a bit stifled as windows couldn't be opened for fresh air.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Upon arrival, we faced a frustrating delay. Even though check-in started at 3:00 PM, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to access our room. After a long day of traveling, all we wanted was to relax and shower, but that was not possible. To make matters worse, there was no complimentary refreshment offered during our wait, which felt quite inconsiderate.
